   Commodities Lower a Second Day; Wheat and Most Crops Included

   The final trading day in February saw a higher U.S. dollar and almost
universal selling among commodities, most crop contracts included. All three
U.S. wheats posted double-digit losses, while soybean oil, oats and canola
survived with modest gains.
